WCA First Annual Conference 
Tuesday, 7th – Friday, 10th February, 2017
Suntec, Hall 401-402

Booth Space.  There is space for a total of 52 booths.  All booths are located close to One-on-One meetings so that movement between meeting tables and booths will be convenient and also for maximum exposure. 

Booth reservations will be on first come - first served basis, and booths are expected to sell out very quickly.

Very Important: Due to the change in the conference format and the cross over on 10th February, exhibitors will be stationed as follows:

8th February, WCA First:  Stationed at Booth
9th February, WCA First: Stationed at Booth
10th February, Crossover:  Stationed at Fixed Meeting Tables
(unless you are exhibiting at both conferences)
                 

For the WCA First conference, the number of 1on1 meetings has been increased on the 8th – 9th February with 1on1 Meetings running from 09:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs. Therefore, you will still have the same number of 1on1 meetings in your booth as during the WCA Worldwide Conference. However, you will need to move to Fixed Tables on 10th February to allow for the changeover of booths between the two conferences.

Booth Setup/Removal*  WCA staff will be responsible for setting up, dismantling and removing all exhibition booths provided by WCA only.  Parties bringing their own booths will be responsible for setting up, dismantling and removing them within the allotted times unless prior arrangements are made with WCA.

Free Pass** Your one free pass is applicable for one person to attend the WCA First Conference only.

Note:  If your company is both a sponsor and has a booth package, you will only receive the highest benefit of the two for certain items. For example, if your company has a booth package and is a “Platinum” sponsor, you will receive ONE Full Page Color advertisement only.

Free Conference Pass *

You can utilize your free passes in one of the following ways:
p 2 free passes to attend the WCA First Conference only, or
p 2 free passes to attend the WCA Worldwide Conference, or
p 1 free pass for one person to attend the WCA First Conference + 1 free pass for one person to attend the WCA Worldwide Conference.

HOW TO RESERVE A BOOTH

  • Booth reservations can be done online by clicking on the RESERVE BOOTH button at the top of this page, or from the Shopping Cart located in the Conference Details menu at the top left of this page.
  • Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information.
  • Booth Reservations will be handled on first come first served basis. Priority will be given to booths reserved online through this website.

PAYMENT

  • PARTNER PAY is THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD
  • Shortly after reserving a booth, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
  • Payment should be settled as soon as possible.  You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received and in case there is a waiting list for booths, priority will be given to the party willing to make payment first.
  • Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@wcaworld.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.
