SpouseFor registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate.

Persons registering as spouses will not be entitled to partake in any business activities such as manning exhibition booths, distributing promotional materials, or handing out name cards (except personal name cards or name cards which have no relevance to the logistics industry).

Spouses are not entitled to have their own One-on-One Meeting Scheduler or collect conference materials.

  • Accommodation: you will be required to pay for the full period of your bookings. Please make sure to visit the webpage regarding accommodations for more information on the hotel’s check-in, check-out, and cancellation policies
