Note that all members are limited to a maximum of One Full page advertisement in the conference directory regardless how many booths/sponsorships or a combination both they have taken. This does not apply to Signature Event Sponsors and Official Conference Sponsors who will receive a maximum of Two Full pages of advertising.

ORDERING

  • Sponsor Packages can be ordered online through the Shopping Cart (located under Conference Details menu) or by clicking on the SPONSOR button on this page.
  • Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information. Please note that Sponsor Packages include FREE event passes (number of passes accorded to sponsorship level).
  • Sponsor packages are limited in number and will be sold on a First Come - First Served basis.

PAYMENT

  • PARTNER PAY is THE PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.
  • Shortly after placing your order, an invoice will be emailed to the address you provided during the registration process.
  • Payment should be made immediately (your company logo will not appear on the event website or event adverts/inserts until payment has been received for your sponsor package).
  • Payment (in USD) can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@wcaworld.com so that we can advise alternative payment methods.
